Both the back, neck, and shoulder massage and the full body massage involve gentle or strong pressure on the muscles, soft tissues, and joints to ease pain and tension while helping to relieve stiffness in the muscles and joints.
The massage will also help improve circulation, removing toxins from the body and delivering nutrients to the muscles, soft tissues, joints, and skin. By enhancing circulation during a massage, you will notice reduced muscle tension and increased flexibility. Receiving a massage can also assist in recovering from an injury and alleviating inflammation of joints caused by arthritis.
In my massage, I use my hands, elbows, forearms, and knuckles to stroke, knead, and rub the muscles, soft tissues, and joints.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is an extremely soothing and wonderfully relaxing treatment that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid around the body. In the MLD treatment, light massage techniques using gentle rhythmic upward, circular, and pumping motions stimulate the contraction of the lymph vessels, which speeds up the removal of waste products, relaxes the sympathetic nervous system, enhances the activity of the immune system, and reduces pain, applied on both the face and body.
An MLD treatment is beneficial for people with post-traumatic and post-surgical edema, palliative care, reducing swelling after surgery, pregnancy fluid retention, sports injuries, compromised immune systems, sinusitis, headaches, sprains, aches and pains, M.E., glandular fever, musculoskeletal disorders such as frozen shoulder, and before and after surgery to remove tissue congestion and minimize scar formation, especially in post-mastectomy.
